Q. What happens if I need help with my order on the Story House or I have a query regarding my order?

Q. What is the approval process and how does it work?

A. You will be sent an email notification if your product request has been declined. Then you will be automatically refunded. This refund will go back onto the store credit that the initial order was lodged on.

Q. What is my centre budget?

A. Your center budget is noted on the top of your home page. Should your order exceed the approved budget you will be required to pay the difference via credit card. This will be noted with your BOM approver and if declined, refunded within 48hrs.

Q. How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled and shipped?

A. Once an order is placed we will seek budget approved from your BOM. Once approved your order will take approximately 2.5 weeks to fulfil. Shipping times depend on the location to which the goods are going.
