Returns Policy
You may return any item for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. The following is the process to follow when you want to exchange or return an item.
Item/s to be returned in original condition/not worn or used with tags intact. We cannot exchange or refund for items that are not in their original condition with tags.
You will be responsible for the freight of the return of your items and will also need to pay for the freight of your new items. You will be charged $10.00 (plus GST) for the postage of your new items to your requested address. Alternatively, you can drop off/pick up your items at our office. Details are The Branding Business, Unit 1, 32 Northlink Place, Virginia 4014.
If you wish for us to return your exchanged item/s to you by freight then we will email you an invoice for the freight ($10.00 plus GST). Once paid you will need to email a copy of the receipt to andria@thebrandingbusiness.com.au for your item/s to be dispatched.
Online Process to Return Items
You can submit a return request by logging into your customer account on your storefront, finding the order they wish to return and clicking the Return Items link. Note that customers will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.
Next, you will need to specify the Qty To Return, Return Reason, and Return Action. You also have the option to leave a comment.
After submitting the your request, you will see the Return Instructions and receive a confirmation email.

Shipping
All ordered uniform items are made to order. Once we receive payment for your item/s then we will begin to process your order. There is an approximate 2 week turnaround time from payment date to dispatch of your items from our warehouse.
Estimate Shipping timeframes from dispatch are as
Brisbane Centres 1 – 2 days
Sydney and surrounds 2 -4 days
Melbourne and surround 3- 8 days.
Any regional centres please add another 2-3 days from your closest capital city.
We use couriers for our dispatch and we will have all items delivered to the Story House Centre that you work at so that we can track delivery.
